Coffee - Since our coffee is freshly roasted and crafted specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s been an error with your order, the quality isn’t up to your expectations, or you have any concerns, our Customer Experience team is here to assist.

1. Order Processing Time
At Ad Astra Roasters, we take pride in ensuring your coffee is freshly roasted and promptly shipped. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
4. International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

7. Address Changes and Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ad Astra Roasters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us for assistance.

- Getting Started with Your Subscription
When you add a subscription product to your cart, you're setting yourself up for consistent, hassle-free deliveries. Simply choose your preferred delivery interval during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest! - Placing Your First Order
When you place your initial order, we'll automatically start your subscription. You can even mix one-time purchases with subscription items in the same order—only the subscription items will be set up for recurring deliveries. If you've chosen a prepaid subscription, we'll handle all the scheduling for you. - Subscription Confirmation
After your first order, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know your subscription is active. This email also includes a special link to your personal subscription management portal. - Ongoing Deliveries
Your subscription renews automatically according to your chosen schedule. Each time it renews, we'll create a new order for you, just like a regular purchase. You can easily track and manage all your orders in your account.
Managing Your Subscription
- Editing Your Subscription: Want to make changes to your subscription? No problem! Simply click on the magic link in any of your subscription emails to access your portal. There, you can adjust delivery frequency, change products, and more.
- Pausing Your Subscription: Need a break? You can pause your subscription anytime through your customer portal. Just look for the orange "Pause my subscription" button under your payment method.
- Canceling Your Subscription: If you need to cancel, you can do so directly from your customer portal by clicking the red "Cancel my subscription" button under your payment method. We value your feedback, so we may ask for a quick reason before you finalize your cancellation—plus, we might offer you a discount or other perks to stick around!
- Lost Your Subscription Link? No worries! If you can’t find your link, reach out to us, and we’ll send you a new one right away. We also recommend adding a subscription link to your account menu for easy access.
