Can I try the Subscription with a discount?

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You have total control over your subscription in the My Subscriptions section of your Account. Cancel, skip, pause, or postpone your subscription at any time.
Can I skip or pause my upcoming subscription orders?
Yes! If you would like to skip an upcoming order, you can select the "skip order" button in the My Subscriptions section of your Account.
How do I change my subscription frequency or quantity?
You can change your subscription frequency and quantity in the My Subscriptions section of your Account.
Simply go to your account, and press "manage subscription."
Can I change my subscription coffee and try something new?
Yes! Once you are in the My Subscriptions section of your account, you will see a drop down menu below the coffee price. You can use this to swap for another option.
Can I change my subscription coffee size?
Yes! Once you are in the My Subscriptions section of your account, you will see a drop down menu titled "Swap Product." You can use this to swap for another size of your current selection (8oz, 1lb, or 5lb).
How do I update my subscription billing or shipping information?
Once you are in the My Subscriptions section of your account, you will see your current billing and shipping information. Press the button to either "edit" shipping or billing information.
For orders that were originally meant for pickup, to change your shipping, you must cancel your current subscription and place a new one on our website and go through checkout.
Can I change my subscription grind setting?
Yes! Please reach out to support@adastraroasters.com and we will be happy to help.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes! However, we do not currently have an option that allows you to pay in full upfront. You would need to set up a regular subscription that ships to the recipient. It would be billed as each order is processed and would need to be cancelled at a future date.
